It's a great choice for those wanting an early harvest of delicious, low-acid white peaches that are great for fresh eating.  

Suncrest peaches are a highly-prized heirloom variety known for their rich, sweet, citrusy flavor, firm yet juicy texture, and golden-yellow skin with little blush, making them a favorite for fresh eating, canning, and preserving.  They are  celebrated for their taste and role in food system biodiversity, but they bruise easily, indicating true ripeness.   

 Galaxy donut peaches taste intensely sweet, juicy, and floral, with a low-acid, honeyed flavor and hints of almond, similar to candy but with a delicate, almost rose-like aroma and smooth, white, melting flesh. They are sweeter and less fuzzy than regular peaches, offering a rich, almost nectarine-like taste with a pleasant crunch when ripe.  

 The flat peach, also known as the donut or Saturn peach, is a variety of peach with a distinctive flattened, oblate shape, pale yellow or white flesh, and a sweet, juicy flavor often with almond undertones.
